Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded, minus a 5% transaction processing fee to account for merchant charges incurred during the purchase.
Returns & Issue Resolution
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@midwestkanna.com with proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and work towards a resolution, which may include a refund, store credit, or a replacement.
Reporting Issues

THCA Flower & Prerolls: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-THCA Items: Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order

Processing & Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days, and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
