CANOPY CREW PROGRAM TERMS

These Canopy Crew Program Terms govern participation in the Tall Trees Syndicate rewards program known as Canopy Crew.

By joining or participating in Canopy Crew, you agree to these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Canopy Crew is free to join.

Participants must be eligible to maintain a Tall Trees Syndicate customer account and must satisfy applicable age requirements for purchases of age-restricted products.

One Canopy Crew account is permitted per individual unless Tall Trees Syndicate expressly authorizes otherwise.

Accounts and rewards may not be sold, transferred, shared, or combined except where expressly permitted.

2. CANOPY COINS

Canopy Crew rewards are denominated as Canopy Coins.

Canopy Coins are promotional rewards.

They:

• are not cash;
• are not legal tender;
• are not stored value;
• have no cash surrender value; and
• cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.

3. EARNING CANOPY COINS

The standard program may award Canopy Coins for eligible purchases and other qualifying actions.

Current earning opportunities, promotional awards, and applicable values are displayed on the Canopy Crew page, customer account, or applicable promotion.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, qualifying purchase activity currently earns 5 Canopy Coins per eligible dollar spent.

Tall Trees Syndicate may also offer Coins for activities such as:

• joining the program;
• birthdays;
• following an eligible Tall Trees social account;
• participating in promotions; or
• other qualifying actions.

A promotional earning opportunity may be limited, changed, or discontinued prospectively.

4. PURCHASE ADJUSTMENTS AND RETURNS

Canopy Coins associated with a refunded, reversed, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid transaction may be removed from the participant's account.

If Coins associated with a transaction have already been redeemed, Tall Trees Syndicate may make a reasonable corresponding adjustment to the participant's rewards balance.

5. REDEEMING CANOPY COINS

Available rewards and the number of Canopy Coins required for redemption are displayed through the current Canopy Crew program.

Rewards may include:

• dollar-off discounts;
• percentage discounts;
• free products; or
• other promotional benefits.

Rewards are subject to availability and applicable product restrictions.

Canopy Coins must be available in the member's account at the time of redemption.

A reward cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. FREE-PRODUCT REWARDS

Free-product rewards are subject to inventory availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

If a particular reward product has been permanently discontinued, cannot legally be shipped to the customer's destination, or is otherwise unavailable for an extended period, Tall Trees Syndicate may replace, withdraw, or modify that reward as permitted by applicable law.

7. DISCOUNT STACKING

Canopy Crew rewards may not be combined with another discount, promotion, coupon, subscription discount, or reward unless the applicable offer expressly allows stacking.

Checkout will control whether a particular combination is technically available.

8. EXPIRATION

Under the current Canopy Crew program, Canopy Coins do not expire solely because a period of time passes while the program remains active.

This does not prevent adjustment of Coins associated with refunds, fraud, account abuse, duplicate accounts, or invalid activity.

If Tall Trees Syndicate decides to discontinue Canopy Crew, we will provide any notice or redemption period required by applicable law.

9. ABUSE AND FRAUD

Tall Trees Syndicate may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Canopy Crew account for:

• fraud;
• manipulation of the rewards system;
• creation of duplicate accounts to obtain repeated signup rewards;
• falsified qualifying activity;
• unauthorized transfer or sale of rewards;
• abuse of promotional offers; or
• other material violations of these terms.

Coins obtained through invalid or fraudulent activity may be removed.

10. PROGRAM CHANGES

Tall Trees Syndicate may prospectively modify:

• earning methods;
• earning rates;
• redemption options;
• reward values;
• available products;
• program features; or
• other Canopy Crew terms.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Changes will not be used to unlawfully deprive participants of rights that applicable law does not permit us to eliminate.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information associated with Canopy Crew is handled under the Tall Trees Syndicate Privacy Policy.

Program activity may be used to administer rewards, maintain account balances, understand customer participation, and personalize Tall Trees Syndicate services and communications as described in that policy.

12. TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

Tall Trees Syndicate may discontinue Canopy Crew subject to applicable law.

If the program is discontinued, we will provide any notice and redemption opportunity required by applicable law.
